Cons

• A good example of a movie anachronism would be Gladiator and the dog. One of the canine companions of a soldier was a German Shepherd. However, this breed only goes back to the 1800s.
• The script was rewritten, and a body double and CGI were used to give Reed's character a plausible resolution
• I’ve rewatched Gladiator once since I saw it in theaters and I’m not in a rush to watch it again.
• I find Gladiator boring on rewatch. It is mainly just battle scenes. Was amazing on first viewing though.
• The movie is about as accurate as Gladiator.
