As for Gili Islands I’d definitely recommend choosing one island for 3 nights and day tripping to the other. It’s a quick and easy boat ride.
definitely go to the gili islands and Nusa Penida. i can only speak for Penida as i didn’t go to any of the other Nusa islands, but they were some of the most beautiful places i’ve been
