Pros

  • Genshin is my best tool for immersion right now. Although it is a toss-up if the newest voiced content is about Christian Gnosticism or eating food, so the vocabulary is not always relevant or useful.
  • i still think some games are still worth your time and some of them are pretty fun with friends, i tried to make this list a mixte of different genre so i hope this list will help anyone whose looking for games to pass time
  • Moreover, gaming has played a major role in that, Genshin Impact is the best.
  • Parent context: me in 2023 on my steamdeck: how to play genshin impact on steam deck...first result "step 1 install windows" Reply: me turning on proton experimental: works just fine
  • as of now i only played genshin impact at high settings, i haven't tested any games yet since i have work smh

Cons

  • In the (chinese) video game, Genshin Impact, I've noted the English translation tends to be longer, and even when the concepts are too long, the non-voiced dialogue still defaults to the Chinese version of the reading time. (shorter)
  • Bonus points for being originally written in Chinese. Has tons of dialog, much of it voice, but some of it seems very padded, ie. you're sifting through a lot of useless text at times which is tough if you're not practiced at skimming Ch...
  • if you want to play high powered games like Genshin Impact or are into total customization, get the s25 Ultra.
  • Didn't realize it actually took a step through the door before everyone's favorite (half-sarcastic) mainstream gacha.
  • Genshin Impact, Rust and The Last Descendant are other games where last gen support also finished.
