Pros

  • Picked up a Gazelle T4 for $180 this year.
  • I have a Gazelle T4. Fits diagonal in the bed if my Nissan Frontier.
  • At 6'0", I can stand without being hunched in my Gazelle T4.
  • I own a Gazelle T4. Durability - have had 0 issues. 2 years, quit a bit of camping in hot and cold (well, down to 30). Wind - stake out the sides and there are no wind issues. ... Rain - have had no leaks, even in day long torrential dow...
  • Love my T4!

Cons

  • The tent was a Gazelle T4. It has a mesh ceiling with attached rainfly.
  • The gazelle isn't light though.
  • I have a Gazelle T4 and love being able to stand inside and how quickly it sets up. I strongly dislike the doors, it takes concentration to get in and out without tripping over the odd triangle shape.
  • If you need something bigger I recommend a cabin tent, the Gazelle T4+ is enormous in its storage pouch and super heavy too.

Giselle T4. It’s the only way to car camp and I can stand in it at 6’2” great for cots and sets up in under 3 min including stake out time. Take down is just as fast and it fits in its storage bag with out much fuss. Been in some nasty weather and is excellent.
