Gaia Project

Pros

• Gaia Project (sci-fi skin and more evolved)
• My favourites are Imperium Horizons, Star Trek Captain's Chair, Spirit Island, Voidfall, Gaia Project, Final Girl and Vantage.
• Any game that has double layered cardboard player boards so that the pieces stay in place when you put them on it, e.g. Gaia Project, Scythe.
• Gaia on Bga is great
• I think Gaia Project is actually a perfect design, with the only slight issues being some faction balance that only really comes into play at top level play

Cons

• I don't think I'll ever get her to play Terraforming Mars or Gaia Project
• Some of the games I heard of are: 1. Gaia project ... Would you all say this would be considered what this feeling / mechanic / style of games like Rummikub is like for these games? I haven’t played these games but curious to know if the...
• Games like Scythe and Gaia Project? I just forget what I'm doing every time I try to go back to them, possibly because the metaphor is hard to match with the actions you can take, or maybe I'm just not as serious a gamer as I used to be.
• Gaia project has tech tracks but the tracks in age of in ovation are basically just normal euro tracks they don't really have what id call tech on them
• I guess Spirit Island, Gloomhaven, Dune IMperium, Terraforming Mars, Brass Birmingham, Pandemic (and Pandemic Legacy), Gaia Project are all *fundamentally* single-player games and function no differently with other humans are involved.
