frontier in the US is the only airline I've heard specifically that does not allow squishing.

On May 12, I was flying LAS → STL with Frontier (Flight 3108). I boarded, sat in my assigned seat, and then — after boarding was complete — I was told to get off because the flight was overbooked. ... I filed two formal refund + compensation requests with Frontier on May 25. Since then: nothing. I’ve called, emailed, used their chat, and forms. Always the same answer: “We’ve escalated this, will get back to you within 24 hours.” They never do. It's been 2 months.
