Found North Snow Day

This was one of my favorite bottles of the year.

Totally agree that this kicks ass. I got tons of baking spice too with the orchard fruit of the port casks playing mid-taste and that nice high-proof corn whiskey oak that FN is making their signature in the finish.

Found North knocked it out of the park on this one. ... This is closer to a 10 for me and I agree with a lot of your tasting notes except the proof, we thought it drank well below.

The nose on this had me thinking it might be a little bit of a lighter, fruitier pour but the palate blew away that assumption with a massive spice kick! I’m glad it ended up going that direction because this is definitely a fun Winter pour. ... overall it’s an excellent 8/10 on the t8ke score and refreshing to see a lower-priced Found North bottling punch above what some of their higher cost offerings have.

This juice is incredible. So much so that my bottle is half gone [after sharing pours, along with indulgence], that I've put it away to 'open up' for a while.

9.5 for me. I added a few drops of water as it was recommended the second time and it really helped me get more out of it. I get a lot of tobacco and cherry out of mine.

Both very good, but for the price and my palate, the Snow Day is definitely the better pour.

This is the third FN bottle I’ve been able to try, and by far my favorite. For my palate, this is incredible

This is the release of the year for me. Nothing has come close.

The specs are crazy on this one, so many whiskies blended together(20), some finished(12 different finishing components including port, Hungarian, new American barrels), some not, but crazy impressive amount of blending on this one aged between 10-26 years, 50/47/3 of corn/rye/malted barley. ... The freshness on this pour is beautiful and keeps you coming back, as does the complexity of it all.
