I'm not sure what you are claiming here -- that you did not fulfill your end of the contract in order for FR to fulfill their end therefore you owe them nothing?
Following this, Flightright sent me an invoice claiming that the compensation was paid "after their mandate" and demanding a commission, without providing any concrete proof (claim sent, correspondence with the airline, etc.).
