Reddit take
AI summary of the Reddit excerpts below — not a quote
FlightHub is a third-party travel booking service that receives consistently negative feedback from users. Common complaints center on non-existent customer support, hidden fees, and an intentionally difficult rebooking process that often makes it more expensive and time-consuming than booking directly with an airline.
Cons
- Extremely poor or 'non-existent' customer service
- High fees for flight changes and date modifications
- Unexplained extra charges appearing on credit cards without invoices
- Intentionally long wait times during rebooking attempts
Caveats
- Users report needing to dedicate a full day to resolve rebooking issues
- Hidden charges may occur even when agreements are made in writing
Avoid if
- You may need to change or rebook your flight dates
- You want to avoid potential hidden fees and credit card disputes
- You prefer the security of booking directly with an airline

What redditors said (4 of 4)
used them once for domestic flight and had terrible experience when needed to change dates. Their customer service is basically non-existent and you end up paying way more in fees than if you just booked directly with airline
NO! We bought tickets from them YYZ-SIN, then saw an extra charge for around $360 without any explanation, invoice or receipts. Disputed it with the CC and finally got it reversed. I will never buy from them again!
Flighthub : when you try to rebook your flight. They have this strategy to make you wait until you abandon. It basically you need a full day allocated in order for you to rebook your flight. Not advisable to book with them unless you have full day dedicated to talk to flight humbservice
Just a warning for anyone thinking about using third-party booking sites – even when you’re clear in writing, you can still end up paying for something you never agreed to.
