Firewatch

Pros
- If post-1900 is a hard rule, the other two books in the series, _Firewatch_ and _Blackout/All Clear_, take place during the Blitz.
- It's a very well told and confronting story with a beautiful art style and extremely real feeling environment and characters.
- Parent context: ...But if you liked Firewatch, you will like Stanley Parable as … Reply: Thanks for explaining. Why do they take you to that location? Does it serve any narrative purpose?
Cons
- I nice palette cleanser between bigger games. The story wasn't my come up of tea. It just ends at some point, so eveeything feels pointless.
- I liked it but I don't think anyone is really calling it a 10/10. On my scale it would be 3/5 (which is not bad but not great either).
- After finishing it, I usually go watch some videos about and the game seems to be well liked by a lot of people. I didn't see any of that tbh. If SOMA is a 10/10 for me, Firewatch is a 5/10.
- I thought Edith Finch and Firewatch were both great and on a similar level. Very different stories though.
- I have to agree on firewatch. I heard so much about that game, but when I finally played it I was underwhelmed.

firewatch just isnt that good of a game, sadly. not like its bad but it simply isnt exceptional.
I've been thinking about Firewatch and other "not really that re-playable" games.
