Pros

  • You should probably get a Bluetooth DAC, I love my fiio btr5
  • Also, just for further information, I'm stills using them with my Fiio BTR5 that I've had since I got them, and I still love that thing just as much, although I know since it has batteries it'll go eventually. It still lasts about a full...

Cons

  • It being so light has saved my more than a few times when the cable got yanked on and the fiio was dangling 6 feet in the air by the cable. It's perfectly pocketable, and is more than good enough for my usage, although the microphone in...

It being so light has saved my more than a few times when the cable got yanked on and the fiio was dangling 6 feet in the air by the cable. It's perfectly pocketable, and is more than good enough for my usage, although the microphone in it for calling is absolute booty cheeks, I must say.

Also, just for further information, I'm stills using them with my Fiio BTR5 that I've had since I got them, and I still love that thing just as much, although I know since it has batteries it'll go eventually. It still lasts about a full work day and a half, which is enough for me.

but unfortunately the btr5 was beginning to show it‘s age and was not the strongest amp even for the 712’s. Most of all, all things considered, was to bulky and not to easy on the eyes. Also, the weight was noticeable after a while, the left cup always ended up feeling uncomfortable.
