FiiO BTR15

Pros

• I can use my FiiO BTR15 with my PlayStation 5! The PS5 requires a DAC to have a UAC1 mode, which the FiiO does. I noticed I have to turn the volume up higher than my other sources, but it does receive Sony’s headphone surround 👍
• From my research, my money was better spent on the FiiO BTR15 than the 5K, for similar reasons: less features, but better sound quality.
• With my local prices, the headphones together with an amp (FiiO BTR15) would total $278 (converted from euro).
• for the AKG on the portable front the FiiO BTR15 or BTR7 should be powerful enough on single ended.
• If you want to spend a little more on a little better, the fiio btr15. Bluetooth when you want, plug it into your laptop or phone for even better sound quality than what your laptop's audio jack can put out.
