Fenix 6

Pros

• I made this watch face for my Fenix 6
• Me rocking my 5 year old Fenix 6:
• In my opinion the fenix 6 is excellent and I don't really yearn after the features in later watches (much!).
• Fenix 6 user here. My watch turns 6 in June. I go caving, climbing, skiing, swimming, etc with my watch. No issue around those pins. This a solution for a problem that doesn't exist.
• my 6 year old Fenix 6 would go about 9 days between charges if I only did non-gps activities like treadmill runs. 5-ish days with 1-3 60min outdoor gps-tracked stuffs

Cons

• I can't stand the dull colors and pixelated layouts of MIPS. To me, MIPS feels like grandpa's outdated tech.
• I think the new UI is nice and the touchscreen is really enjoyable, as I came from a button-only Fenix 6.
• We Fenix 6 users are used to be left out!
• I have a Fenix 6 for a number of years now and whilst the barometric altimeter is useful it needs care in use. ... I try to calibrate via DEMS or GPS often to cover air pressure issues but in my watch that is temporamental to say the least.
• Devices are Fenix 6, GPS 25 bike unit and Garmin chest strap somewhere.
