• Tried to change stuff add stuff same generic email so iI contacted fasttrack-vietnam.com and paid small fee half of $25 and they send my visa in 3 business days.
• Fasttrack is an agency and “Steve” is the agent who took my case and in 3 business days got me approved send me my Visa
• Reached out to fasttrack-vietnam.com and they knew exactly what was wrong. Clear communication, no BS, handled it fast — visa approved in 3 business days Steve was AMAZING.

Cons

• I did ask for proof when they delayed a second time and stated “ I'm sorry for the unexpected delay, the Immigration Department told us that they will need some time to verify, I will keep you posted if there is any update on your visa “...
• Once they got paid - radio silence lol.
• I now feel like we’re being scammed. I was told a few days. Then 7. Now an additional week and our flights leave next Sunday. They tell me they’ll update me and I never heard from them. I keep having to reach out.
• ngl constant delays and them only responding when you reach out first is such a huge red flag for visa services.
• You don't need any further feedback. They ghosted you. That's the only info you need.
