I have used Evernote before, and gave up on tagging, people with ADHD is consistently inconsistent
I stopped using Joplin, ClickUp and Evernote and moved everything into Obsidian.

Avoid Evernote (ads/bugs)
The point is that many users are misled by videos and screenshots that it's about Apple notes, Google Keeps, even OneNote or Evernote. And it's not.
