Everlane

Pros
- Most of my cheap basics like tees are from Everlane or Gap on discount never full retail.
- If you want something nicer, Asket or Everlane.
- personally black friday is the one time a year where I let myself buy nice things. usually a couple sweaters from Quince / Everlane.
- Check Everlane, Banana Republic, Gap....its literally the trend of the season.
- I’m thrifting Lands End, Brooks Brothers, J. Crew, Everlane, Nordstrom, etc. The quality for price ratio of secondhand sweaters can’t be beat!
Cons
- I'd avoid Quince, Everlane, and Pact (their quality is hit or miss so I'm particular of what I get).
- I bought a top from them in February and the quality was subpar. I didn’t know about the SHEIN thing but now it makes sense.
- With the news of Everlane being bought out by SHEIN, I’m trying to decide if I buy some day gloves to hoard or look for an alternative. I don’t trust that they’ll maintain the same level of quality
- now that everlane quality is inevitably going to take a nosedive, wondering what other clothings brands are stylistically similar/in roughly the same price strata?
- Their early Saitex-made denim was amazing. But they’ve abandoned everything they stood for, and their pricing is straight up offensive. Really disappointed by where they’ve ended up.

The brand has been pretty mid for the better part of the last 4 years? So can’t say I’m too surprised but $100MM honestly still seems high
