With Electrify America I had to: 1) Plug in the heavy chunky cable, wait about 30s for it to detect my vehicle, tap my phone or select the stall through the app and swipe through 2 menus to initiate charging. 2) Wait about 30s-45s for EA to detect my membership and plan, for which I had to either click or tap "Continue". 50% of the times I had to wait for it to time out because the buttons and screen didn't work. 3) 25% of the times I had to start all over because an error happened during this entire process. 4) 15% of the times I had to call EA technical support for about 15-20 minutes to get them to restart the 1 out of 4 stations I was trying to use. 5) If the charging session began, 50% of the times my cars would charge slower than they should.

I’d probably pick a couple (EVgo and Electrify America are pretty solid options) and then download their apps and sign up for an account.
