Pros
- But considering how fast you churn through batteries at those wattages, and how expensive the batteries are (especially the 26V vmount batteries some lights require for full output), a power station like EcoFlow can be more economical.
- Jackery/Ecoflow or similar RV style battery inverter is how I power any light when AC power is unavailable, if a standard 2k Honda genny would be too loud. Far cheaper than v/gold mounts and will work with all lights, even if they’re not...
- Currently using dji and ecoflow; may get a anker soon
- I have been recommending EcoFlow batteries whenever I see posts about UPSs. I realize that in my other posts talking about the much longer life of the lifepo4 batteries, remote connectivity, and longer run times, I totally forgot to ment...
- Car camping for a while? Ecoflow battery with 400w of solar. Takes care of my electric cooler and all charging needed.
Cons
- I’m seeing more people running fridges, fans, lights, cameras, and even coffee makers off those Jackery/Bluetti/Ecoflow‑type “solar generators.”
- Look for something like a Jackery or Ecoflow with an actual AC outlet on it. ... Jackery is the brand that comes to mind, but there are all kinds of options out there. Careful with the reviews, those companies really upped there influenc...
- We also have a larger Ecoflow that technically can come camping if we really need it but it is for home use!

Jackery/Ecoflow or similar RV style battery inverter is how I power any light when AC power is unavailable, if a standard 2k Honda genny would be too loud. Far cheaper than v/gold mounts and will work with all lights, even if they’re not designed for dc power.

I have been recommending EcoFlow batteries whenever I see posts about UPSs. I realize that in my other posts talking about the much longer life of the lifepo4 batteries, remote connectivity, and longer run times, I totally forgot to mention that most lithium battery systems like those from EcoFlow, Anker, Bluetti, etc are all now using pure sine wave AC inverters.

I've also recently used a 100ah ecoflow, forgot which model, and that works well.
The ecoflow others have suggested is also a good option.
Your freezers might better be served by one of the power stations that have an EPS mode, such as most of the Ecoflow line.
Look for something like a Jackery or Ecoflow with an actual AC outlet on it. ... Jackery is the brand that comes to mind, but there are all kinds of options out there. Careful with the reviews, those companies really upped there influencer campaigns to boost themselves up. Most of them are overpriced for what they really are.
