Duotight

Pros

• I've had duotight in my two tap kegerator for 3 years now. One always has beer and the other has club soda dispensing at 25-30 psi. No leaks.
• Yes love duotight for everything in my set up. I think it’s a must for liquid. For gas it’s great too but probabaly you don’t miss out on much if you stick with a permanent vinyl tubing gas set up.
• I’ll echo this. I moved most of my system to Duotight. No issues with leaks. My CO2 has lasted twice as long as it used to with traditional fittings.
• I use duotight for my liquid lines. I love it. Way less line and super easy to put together.
• I have Duotight beverage and gas lines in my keezer and haven’t had a single failure in the 4 years of its life. Best thing about duotight evabarrier is that i’ve also never seen bio-gunk stuck in the lines and it’s stupid easy to change...

Cons

• Did my duo tight twice due to the hype. Went back to OG setup
• I'm considering ditching mine, 2 years in, having had vinyl tubing for 10-15 years before that. The gas ones pop out all the time and leak if they are twisted slightly funny. I'm sure I've lost at least a bottle of CO2 in the last 2 year...
• Duotite for liquid, regular tubing for gas. The gas stuff gets moved around a lot more, and the duotite doesn't really withstand repeated motion.
• Absolutely hated my DuoTight in my Komos. Nothing but leaks no matter how often I redid it to figure it out.
• Using duotight, I have sometimes cut the ends off slightly to get a cleaner surface.
