If you like wine, go to the Douro Valley. Stay at a Quinta (winery) and take a river boat cruise. We stayed [here](https://www.chanceleiros.com/) and it was totally magical.
Douro Valley is outside of Porto as well as Geres national park. You could also go north of Porto to Spain and check out the Cies islands and surrounding areas.
