The food at Fogon was absolutely amazing as was Don Julio. Don is a bit more transactional for sure. They do an amazing job at Fogon explaining every single dish, if you ask questions about each dish they are very knowledgeable (where it comes from, why it’s chosen for the menu etc…) Overall it’s totally worth the money!
