Pros

• Series I loved in my youth: - Divergent
• #2 Divergent by Veronica Roth
• Some books I enjoyed are: Harry Potter, Agatha Christie books, Divergent, City of Bones and ashes (before they added the brother), the Night Circus, Hunger Games, Throne of Glass, Red Queen, Cinder.
• Here are some of the series I read that I liked ranked: - Hunger Games - Percy Jackson - Divergent
• If you don’t mind YA: Hunger Games, Maze Runner, Divergent, The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, Harry Potter, Eragon, Ender’s Game

Cons

• As a kid I read all the popular fantasy or dystopian series like Harry Potter, Hunter Games, Divergent, Maze Runner, etc.
• Fourth Wing reminded me a lot more of Divergent than The Hunger Games
• The first book I thought was good. The rest of them seemed totally like a different story altogether. Like the author woke up one day and realized she had written herself into a corner
• I may be alone here, but I thought the books were shallow and forgettable. On paper they should have been exactly what I enjoy in books, but in reality they were boring at best, and aggravating at worst.
• I read the first book in the Divergent series and I’ll be honest: I thought it was terrible.
