The Netherlands has a few good options like Utrecht, the Hague, and Delft. In Germany/France you might consider Alsace region like Colmar and Freiburg.
Geographically speaking, combining De Biesbosch with Kinderdijk makes sense, as does combining Delft and Den Haag.
