Pros
- Loved it. Thinking about it now makes me want to play again.
- I really enjoyed it but I think it suffers from the game explaining things to you directly in the objective menu.
- I adored it, thoroughly. I am a connoisseur of 7/10 games though lol. They almost always end up being my favorite. I really liked the story and voice acting, and I loved the murder hide and seek multi-player.
- This is part two of the Unemployment Series, which started with a patient review of Deathloop close to two weeks ago. ... In the time since I've completed Deathloop, I've played more than my share of Civilization
- I still think Cyberpunk is the best thing you can play this gen (although Deathloop is a really close second for me)
Cons
- Mooncrash is phenomenal and better than Deathloop
- I just finished Deathloop. It's a better version of Deathloop (albeit smaller scale). It's really challenging and requires a lot more planning, thinking, and even some luck. I'm really enjoying it.
- Parent context: I really enjoyed it but I think it suffers from the game explaining things to you directly in the objective menu. Reply: Yeah this was really it for me. The single solution made any creativity or problem-solving useless....
- While I enjoyed Deathloop for the most part I feel like this game was desperately missing an intro sequence where you get introduced to all the visionaries and some of the game's lore and concepts.
- Deathloop the game that exists is perfectly fine. Deathloop the game that it wants to be is so awesome that it makes the game that exists worse by trying and failing to be it.

I loved the game and its concepts, but the part I love about Dishonored is that I really let’s you achieve a missions goals in so many ways

The idea of the loops was mindblowing. Putting it into practice was repellant for me. I find it hard to imagine a game mechanic less interesting to me than puzzling out then coordinating with the fixed schedules of in game characters.
I really enjoyed it but I think it suffers from the game explaining things to you directly in the objective menu.
I bounced off of it. ... Just fell flat for me when I attempted to play it, dropped it for other games after maybe 5 hours? ... the game world didn't feel alive and breathing in the way that makes me engaged.
Deathloop is the perfect 7/10 game. The initial hook is like it was written for me. The finale was, to me, interesting and landed the plane better than I expected it would. And then there’s the middle grindy portion of the game that sucks the stars from the sky.
