• I think the problem with the last act of Death's End was Liu Cixin just went "Ok but I have other concepts I want to talk about so lemme slide those in here".
• The third book’s biggest issue is the embrace of such high-concept science that it hurts the ‘theater of the mind’ aspect of the reading experience.
• Its an extensive amount of context and foreshadowing that builds up over the entire book only for it to fall apart at the last second for no discernible reason.
