Coway Airmega 350

Pros

• Also bought the Coway Airmega 350 on sale for my grandma, and she and the family is really pleased. The main purpose for both are for allergies and they are both placed in open plan kitchen living spaces.
• Id go with the 350 for the large room
• Parent context: Coway Airmega 350 or 450. Reply: I keep mine on fan speed 2 all the time. It's a good mix between noise and air changes per hour. You can also use Auto.
• I think the 350 doesn't, and looks like a good unit... But tht Coway 350 seems like a great unit, so if you can afford it, I'd go with that.
• The Coway Airmega 350 has higher Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADRs) than the Airmega 250.

Cons

• So I wouldn’t get a 350, but would look at a 300 or 400 instead.
• The Coway 350 advertises average about “375 CADR” but that is on max settings. You will not be running them on max settings all the time cause it is quite noisy.
• I don’t recommend the 350 - the round design is inherently inferior to the others on this list. ... yes, no pre filters, questionable main filters.
• The Airmega 350 is low on Dust and Smoke CADRs. Not a huge fan of the integrated pre-filter either; usually a separate permanent pre-filter is better.
• Nope, they use identical filters, only difference is shape.
