If you had to pick, I'd say Coron over El Nido. The wreck diving is great, and it's slightly less hectic.
On the other hand Coron has great diving, especially wreck diving, so not only is it way better than El Nido for diving, it will also be very different from Malapascua. I’d strongly recommend you change your diving destination from El Nido to Coron, it’s honestly a no-brainer when it comes to diving.
