Reddit take

Not enough linked mention summaries yet; the source excerpts below are the evidence.

Pros

  • If Colorado copper is beginner friendly
  • i can ski double blacks out west, no crazy double blacks yet, but I know for sure I have hit double blacks at Copper.
  • Copper, Abay, Alta/Snowbird and Mammoth would be the best chance for decent snow.
  • Copper, ABasin, Mammoth and AltaBird are all solid choices for mid to late April.
  • my girlfriend’s favorite resort is Copper.

Cons

  • When I introduce Copper, my negative symptoms seem to get even worse. I feel worse overall, not better.
  • I've skied a bit for past 2 winters: ... a few spring days at Copper
  • Copper is a good intermediate mountain but not much for village, at least when I was there.
  • They’re more flexible and less prone to bursting compared to copper
  • Parent context: You might as well cook with a brick. Copper is an upgrade absolutely lost on an American electric stove. Reply: Why is that? Their website advertises its suit for gas or electric just not induction.

Copper solved my hemorrhoids (a little known symptom of copper deficiency, which does not mean that your hemorrhoids are caused by copper deficiency) and cold feet and hands.

Barring a catastrophe, there will be runs open at Copper and WP. Both resorts have extensive snowmaking and there should be a number of green and blue runs open at least.
