Commandante ZP6

Today, I use mostly my ZP6 for pour over

For now I decided to buy myself a dedicated filter grinder zp6. Mainly to figure out, how style of coffee will change.

I love using the ZP6 it gives a lighter thin brew for v60's. I only use meduim roast beans sometimes medium to light. They always give a nice brew.

However later i also bought a ZP6 which is also great. Not only does work well for pourovers its great for soup.

If you want clarity and flavor separation get the zp6

A handgrinder such as the zp6 for filter and use the remainder for espresso.

I’d say hand grinder (zp6, commandante or pietro for ex) for pourover and electric for espresso

You could probably get a ZP6 + espresso grinder which would be the best of both worlds.

The ZP6 for instance is a conical as well and is still considered one of the highest clarity grinders.

My ZP6 is absolutely fantastic, but i'm interested to try another take on pour over grinding.
