Pros

  • Cocchi, on the other hand, lacks that vanilla note; it’s brighter and lighter in character, making it ideal for clear spirits—think Negronis.
  • Cocchi for the win.
  • Cocchi for me as well. Antica next.
  • Try Cocchi next time and then you'll see how much the vermouth drives this drink. ... Cocchi to me hits this special middle spot.
  • Throw out the Martini vermouth and get something better like carpano or cocchi.

Cons

  • Not a fan of Cocchi unless it’s the Barolo Chinato however, I still want to try Cocchi Amaro Dopo Teatro
  • Cocchi - Used to be my go-to. But ever since a bartender told me they consider it a bit more 'aperitif-like' I couldn't really untaste it. It's also quite rich (for my personal taste).

1oz / 30ml sweet vermouth (I used Cocchi)

I think Cocchi is the best for a home bar with only one. Good character, not idiosyncratic or bombastic, etc. It might not be the most perfect in every application, but I’ve never had a drink where it’s clearly out of place, which is the key concern.

Out of those listed; I use Cocchi for Negronis
