Citra hop

Not enough linked mention summaries yet; the source excerpts below are the evidence.
Pros
- Look for something with lower alpha acids, or ones that are particularly fruity like Citra.
- Both create good beers.
- It's a no-brainer, if you want to make something like the original or in the style of a black IPA to use Citra.
- Best tasting would probably be that citra.
- risk grassy flavours instead of tasty Citra and Talus aromas..
Cons
- Recipe called for 3oz each of Galaxy 16.2% and Citra 11.8% at a 168 degree hopstand.
- Standard IPA base recipe, US-05, medium bitter-hop, lots of citra @ whirlpool.

It will be fine, Kveik at high temps just creates more citrus, tropical esters. That will work well with your Citra smash beer.
I've had Citra, Columbus & mosaic in the freezer for nearly three years (bought a kg of each on a great deal) and they're still good without vacuum sealing.
