My aunt tried to return an auto shipment she got shortly after a loss and they told her to keep the shipment and donate it to a local shelter, refunded her money and sent her flowers and a card, chewy is awesome!
Called them and tried to cancel auto ship order but it already shipped I said we just had to put her down and they credited me the giant bag of dog food said I could donate it somewhere when we get it and sent roses and a card. I was so touched. Well done Chewy

I also get my older dogs prescriptions from them, and any time I need to talk to them I love how an actual person always answers the phone. Over all the years I have ordered dog stuff from them, they have always given amazing customer service.
