2200 chess.com blitz, 2400 chess.com rapid (probably a little overrated there). I play a lot of 1600-1800 players OTB, so I have to press for wins sometimes, but disciplined time management really pays off against better players.
This was the ONLY thing that worked for me when I would do tactics on chess.com in my early 20s. I would “solve” the puzzle and overlook simple things over and over.
We are now in between the transition to Chessable being acquired by Chess.com. If you turn on the beta option in settings on Chess.com, you'll see that now some beginners Chessable courses are still available there for free.
I feel like the player pool in chess.com is bigger, but I play mostly on Lichess because I hate analyzing the game afterwards on chess.com.

For now, I only play blitz(3+0) & rapid(10+0) backed up with chess.c*m reviews and chesstempo puzzles.
Though my chess.com rating rn is 2400+ rapid (sorry this is the only good benchmark I can think of since I play there regularly.
Chess.com's rapid rating has changed a lot over 10 years. Back then even some GMs complained getting to 2200 was almost impossible due to all the cheating. Since then chess.com has had various artificial rating boosts to the rapid pool, and also improved its cheat detection.
The drills on chesscom website (not the app) have helped me get alot better as they give you immediate feedback which kinda trains you which moves “feel” wrong
I'm 1850~ fide 2200 rapid on chess.com but I've mostly gotten here by just playing over 12k games
