Personally bought it full price at launch and felt it worth the price. It's a great puzzle game that would be perfect for travelling as each diorama is such a short and 1 and done system. You can easily finish the one you're on or even hit sleep mid puzzle and not screw yourself over.

There are also a lot of decent Mario Spin offs like Mario Kart World, Captain Toad Treasure Tracker and Luigi Mansion 3 (again a decent place to start with)

"Captain Toad Treasure Tracker" is one. You don't need to read anything to get the main part of the game, it's only if you want to do the extra challenges of each level that you need basic reading comprehension
