For me, I find Bru’n Water is highly accurate after I adjust for full volume mashing (prediction minus 0.1 pH, surprisingly) and for Rahr malts (prediction minus 0.1 pH, proportionally).
I typically build my water profile on Bru'n Water, as the interface is very convenient, then i adjust with acid malt on Brewer's Friend to hit my pH.
