Pros

  • I went many, many years ago before the DN thing so I can't help on that front, but it was really cute and artsy back then (one of the most peculiar buildings in the UK is there) with lots of vintage clothing shops.
  • British queer here. Yes, Brighton is great in summer months. But feb/march aren’t the best months to see this city in its best light.
  • Yeah Brighton's solid, definitely has that artsy vibe going on. The weather's gonna be proper miserable in Feb/March but at least you'll get the authentic British experience lol. If you're into the queer scene it's probably one of the be...
  • Yesterday’s pow at Brighton was incredible!
  • Brighton is so steazy especially the trees

Cons

  • Brighton has great vibes if you find the right setup. Feb/Mar will still have short days and be cold, damp, and greyish because it's the UK. I can't advise on spots, I tend to stick to hotels. In the latter instance I'm often cross shopp...
  • Took me 4 hours to get home last night from Brighton, it was insanity. Couldn’t even move for the first 2 hours.
  • Parent context: Brighton had way long wait times when we rode it earlier that week. Targhee got 2 feet of fresh snow and I prefer the back country feel of Targhee. Reply: Brighton had way long wait times when we rode it earlier that week...

If you're into the queer scene it's probably one of the better spots in the UK outside London - heard Kemptown area is where a lot of the action is

Brighton has great vibes if you find the right setup. Feb/Mar will still have short days and be cold, damp, and greyish because it's the UK. I can't advise on spots, I tend to stick to hotels. In the latter instance I'm often cross shopping against London or other seaside towns and in that respect Brighton rarely wins for me because it's a happy medium.

If I lived in Utah I’d buy a Brighton season pass and sleep in a tent so I could ride everyday.
