The first thought would be the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra or the Sony WH-1000XM5. Both have absolutely excellent noise cancelling and are definetely leading the pack.
Out of all the headphones you named I would say the QC ultra.
I’ve had better luck with the Bose Line, particularly the QC Ultra with the bass EQ’d down some (I just use the “reduced bass” setting)
Bose QC Ultra and Sony XM6 both will be your best bet. Of the two, I feel Bose has the better sound, but the EQ on the XM6 helps a LOT.
OP needs to get some Bose QC Ultra if they want the best ANC for over ears or if u want earbuds APP Pro 3’s

I also own a Sony WH-1000XM5, Bose QC Ultra, and the Beats Studio Pro. What stood out immediately is how different these sound. It’s hard to explain, but it feels like you can hear every little instrument and tool in the music.
Bose QC Ultra is comfortable and has great ANC. Unfortunately, the build is plastic as hell and the sound is worse than a pair of AirPods Pro2.
Bose are better on a bus for sure. Their ANC is 2x better.
And the N9 surpasses them in audio quality for me.
