Bolivia is really cool too if you take a two it three day trip to Salar de Uyuni and the high desert, La Paz, Lake Titicaca, and Beni province for the Amazon basin.
But in Bolivia I stopped in Sucre, Cocha, La Paz and Yumani. Loved it all, really it ended up being my favorite country I visited but I'm hesitant to be overly positive because I could see other people liking it less lol.
A question in another sub reminded me of a gap year I took some time ago and decided to share some photos of the country that blew whatever expectations I had right out of the water. It's one of the least visited countries in South America but imo it has so much to offer. The natural landscapes are vast and otherworldly. Driving through them feels surreal.
Patagonia, Bolivia especially Salt Flats, Buenos Aires + Iguazu Falls, Atacama Desert
