In the yaaswas Ive stayed at Octopus and Blue Lagoon, both have great snorkelling.
I also enjoyed the Blue Lagoon. It’s overpriced, crowded, and kitschy, but you’re on vacation. Just enjoy it. Do the mud mask and have a drink and chill.
On the way back Blue Lagoon, nice with hot water in lava rocks. Close to the airport.
I know that there is a spa/hotel right at the Blue Lagoon.

Blue Lagoon is exceptionally well advertised, but there are many other hot springs in Iceland.
Water will be very cold in March, so no one will be swimming. And if you're not swimming then I'd say it's not worth the trip.
