• Agree that latex could be a good option. Some other choices are Birch or Avocado.
• If you care about natural aspect then Birxh would be good.

Cons

• I have a birch and after just 3-4 yrs it has indentations and is too soft.
• Birch is just another big name brand.
• Birch is also a quality mattress, but latex has a very different feel than most people are used to. It has a lot of pushback and resilience.
• Birch and EcoSleep are both pretty good brands to start your research.
