Pros
- I have the Supernote A5X (older version of Manta), BigMe B7 and Boox Palma 2 as well 😅 These are my 3 daily drivers
- Hi! I have a brand new B7, received it 8 days ago. So far I am very happy with it.
- I think they released a better version, the bigme b7.
- So I went with the bigme b7. It has more memory 8+128 and so far it hasn't crashed yet. Also found it on sale for $215.
- I have the Bigme B7 and it's my first e-reader. I'm very happy with it.
Cons
- I own a Boox Palma 2 and a BigMe B7 and they both cannot login into the app because they are not Play certified.
- To be honest, in the first couple of days the interface crashed twice while I was configuring the device, but I blamed it on me pushing it by opening up a lot of apps and moving quickly between menus, trying to see what everything does e...
- Oh I remembered, another issue was with inconsistent highlighting in the native xReader app, but I am using a 3rd party reading app (Pocketbook - I had in the past an ereader from them), which works very well on B7.
- Some minuses: - the Kindle app (I also have a Kindle) doesn't work when I try to login (maybe I have to delete and reinstall it, didn't try yet) - it is not Play Certified, so apps that require this, such as ChatGPT, don't work - the b...
- recently (to try something else out of a whim) I got the bigme b7. Love them both but the bigme one has a steeper learning curve.

To be honest, in the first couple of days the interface crashed twice while I was configuring the device, but I blamed it on me pushing it by opening up a lot of apps and moving quickly between menus, trying to see what everything does etc. After I set it up to my liking I settled down and while using it for reading, sometimes watching Youtube, scrolling Pinterest, Quora, Telegram, downloading books, browsing the web, taking photos, writing/drawing in the notes app etc. no such issues reoccured.

Some minuses: - the Kindle app (I also have a Kindle) doesn't work when I try to login (maybe I have to delete and reinstall it, didn't try yet) - it is not Play Certified, so apps that require this, such as ChatGPT, don't work - the battery is draining fast, but that may be part because I installed two recent updates, part because it is an Android device which by design requires more battery consumption than ereaders without Android
