Benchmade Bugout

Pros

• I love my Bugout but Benchmade has to be in jeopardy of losing market share to new players in the game such as WE, Kizer, Vosteed, Civivi etc who are charging a good amount less for comparable and sometimes better products.
• Bugout was clutch today for gift boxes of all sizes.
• Bought myself a Bugout a few months ago, but wanted something that felt more substantial.
• 5" survival type blade, I have a crooked river, Bugout and Osborne I like but I don't think they're a ton better than say an American spyderco
• Mini grip but better steel, why not go bugout?

Cons

• Hard to compare to the bugouts because I consider those my ultralight carry knives only. Wouldn’t use those for hard usage but this buck seems like it would take a beating.
• Civivi Vision FG. Benchmade Bugout. Cold Steel AD10
• Never thought anything would take the top spot in my pocket over my Bugout
• I bought my brother a bugout back when you could get them for $99. Now you can’t get the base model for less than $180. This is more than the butterfly tax, this is greed unbound.
• Neither one. Too overpriced for what they are. Spyderco everyday.
