That makes a lot more sense to me, Beacon is fantastic!
Premium expressions like Beacon, Russell`s 15, etc. are produced in such small quantity, they may as well not exist for the average consumer.
Bottles like Beacon or Russell’s 15 easily hang with vintage Turkey in terms of quality if not the exact profile
Both of them picked the Beacon as their #1, quite easily. ... Rare Bird was raving about the Beacon. It's incredible, imo. Whiskey of the Year for me so far.
