Battlestar Galactica. not only will you get really invested in the main characters, but it's the kind of show where even the people who seemed like background characters in the beginning end up being people you're attached to.

Battlestar Galactica is such an incredible show and it doesn't have the absolutely terrible last two seasons that GOT has dragging it down.

Battlestar Galactica: one of the best sci-fi dramas ever made and one of the tv series that kicked off this golden age of tv dramas. Went off the rails in the last season, but the first two seasons will stand up to anything.

I agree with Battlestar Galactica, I re watched it a couple of months back and it's great, there are not many episodes that get boring or feel out of place
