Batman: Arkham Asylum

I just finished Arkham Asylum. Had a blast.

Now I know where Arkham Asylum got it from.

Arkham Asylum. It's just a good time to hang from a gargoyle and snatch up a bad guy, then cut his rope with the batarang and try to drop him on his buddies. I also really enjoy the character bios and the voice acting.

Last week I finished Arkham Asylum and went immediately to Arkham City.

I’ve played Asylum last year and loved it. Combo system is so fun.

I agree that Asylum is still the best of the 4. I'd rank them in reverse order of when they came out with City as the next best.

Asylum had the best atmosphere and Knight was the most polished

Going back to Asylum is like stepping back into a time machine where 100% a game wasn't a test of endurance, where right linear story telling and zone reuse was masterfully implemented. It's perfection of a formula seldom used in modern games in favor of bloat.

Having played the series I just still think Asylum is the best experience. A much tighter and shorter title but you really pay attention to ever detail.
