Barrage

Pros

• Barrage is in an entirely different league on its own. It is a proper euro with high interaction.
• AE and Barrage are nothing alike. Barrage is a *far* better game.
• Barrage is a fantastic game. If you like nucleum but want a meaner game, it's definitely the one for you.
• I've played Barrage, I very much enjoy Barrage. Barrage fits easier on my shelf. Barrage has that Brass-like quality of a constantly shifting board state that I just adore.
• And of course there are [[Brass: Birmingham]] & [[Barrage]] as a little more modern, high-interaction euro games.

Cons

• Barrage is equally unforgiving. Say goodbye to your friendships!

• The board isn't a meter long it's more like 75cm x 55cm (going by a photo of it on my table) once you include the round tracker at the top and the worker spots on one side - they're separate boards but best placed together. Then there's...
• I don't have the exact sizes but 140 x 80 will 100% be too small for 4 players. A big issue is that the player boards are very long with the dials and chief engineer board.
• I'm thinking about buying it, but it seems like the game, especially in a 4 player setup, would be way too large for my table. (140cm x 80cm)
