Even 2 days is enough for Baku - the old town isn’t so big so can be covered easily - unless you want to visit the palace etc - there’s also Baku boulevard by the Caspian Sea which is nice for a stroll. Taking the funicular to highland park for the views. There’s also nizami street - which doesn’t take too long to check out.

It will be better in March, specifically from 20 March. The weather will be warm, like spring, and you will enjoy the Novruz spring holidays.
