Atlanta

Pros
- Something going down in ATL every night. Clubs, concerts, open mics, house shows, house partys, festivals. So much good music.
- But truly I loved experiencing a city with a good RnB and rap scene -- so many up-and-coming artists hustling.
- Atlanta, for example, can be one of the cheaper major flight hubs.
- Atl for the plane train.
- flew home from Exuma on Tuesday into Atlanta. It took 10 mins to clear customs and security. No line at all! We do have global entry but it was totally fine.
Cons
- Apparently Atlanta is referred to as a "city in a forest." But I'm not sure I feel like it's any leafier than any city in the Southeast US.
- CLT is way easier to navigate and less chaotic. ATL is bigger with more options but it can be overwhelming and busy. If everything else is equal I’d pick CLT for a smoother experience.
- Charlotte just because Atlanta traffic is a royal pain.
- The other benefit is that ATL is on the opposite side of the city as South Carolina so you don’t have to survive 85 or the Perimeter around Atlanta.
- ATL will be harder to get out of and rental car experience is poorer IMO.
