Pros

  • AC mirage is a pretty good game, but if you make some small challenges, it becomes a great game. ... The city is beautiful, and the stealth mechanics feel great
  • I loved the city, the improved parkour which unfortunately they regressed again in shadows by not adding the back eject improvements and loved the investigations and all the assassinations especially the mission in the palace at the end...
  • I enjoyed it but I understand the feeling. It was a smaller scale more focused AC that probably had a much smaller development than the larger titles and you feel that for good and bad.
  • This game was really good. I actually loved learning about the history of that part of the world.
  • I walked purposefully through the streets of Baghdad, appreciating the sights and sounds of the bustling metropolitan city. Occasionally I'd stop to admire the local market, or a street musician, or some cats. It's a really enjoyable and...

Cons

  • Mirage has everything to make a really great Assassin’s Creed game in theory, but in reality it’s obvious that the team was severely limited by time and money constraints.
  • Parent context: I beat Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla with hundreds of hours in all 3 of them but I stopped Mirage after 3 hours, its really mediocre... will beat it some day tho Reply: Mirage was originally a dlc for Valhalla that was expan...
  • I’m playing it right now, and I’m just trudging through it. I think Basim is the issue, he’s just so boring and lacks character. The gameplay is good but you quickly realise you need a purpose of some kind to keep playing. And this game...
  • Truth be told though, I don't find the story in Mirage to be particularly "good" though it's certainly not bad. What I enjoy about it most is the world design and the sense of exploration and immersion that it can bring.
  • All in all i had fun. It took me 44 hours to 100% the game and although the game kind of sucked initially, after 10h or so it starts getting very fun. ... Its nowhere near a great game but it's definitely moving to the direction i would...

It's so rare that I find my lself itching to replay a game. Definitely it's the nest AC game in a long time since unity

Parent context: I beat Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla with hundreds of hours in all 3 of them but I stopped Mirage after 3 hours, its really mediocre... will beat it some day tho Reply: Mirage was originally a dlc for Valhalla that was expanded to be its own game. It uses the same game engine as Valhalla and Shadows, Ubisoft Anvil (basically Anvil 3) and wasn't designed as a phone game,

I’m playing it right now, and I’m just trudging through it. I think Basim is the issue, he’s just so boring and lacks character. The gameplay is good but you quickly realise you need a purpose of some kind to keep playing. And this game lacks purpose and soul.
