Arkham Horror: The Card Game

Pros

• Arkham Horror LCG is exactly what you want but it's not going to be cheap depending how deep you go.
• If you have too much money then go for arkham horror lcg. Crazy amount of content out for that.
• Root is a phenomenal asymmetric game... Same with most of my other favorite heavily asymmetric games: - Arkham Horror LCG
• Arkham Horror lcg is hands down the best game I've ever played. And I have played a lot of games.
• 3D printed miniatures are far better than the mini-cards the game comes with. Location connector tokens are a godsend for many scenarios. Custom tokens can be cool. ... it totally is the best game me and my partner ever played together,...

Cons

• I've played a bunch of the other HPL themed games: Arkham Horror, Eldritch Horror, Mansions of Madness, Unfathomable, etc.
• Maybe, just like Arnham horror LCG, Marvel LCG and my untouched sleeping gods games (got both complete unplayed), this type of game just ain’t for me…
• The LCG is best if you want a nice narrative story and campaign experience. The replayability isn’t as much (some stuff changes but once you know, you know). It’s also the most expensive I’d say
• Arkham Horror LCG wasn't something she liked, so we just played the stuff in the box and a few of the very small side quest expansions.
• Parent context: Only 4 Players and on the medium Side of complexity s well AS a potentielly insane moneysink, but Arkham Horror LCG is just so good. Reply: I absolutely love Arkham but it's well into high complexity territory.
